Чим корисна прибирання для жінок

Прибирання будинку може збільшити тривалість життя на цілих три роки, але тільки в тому випадку, якщо ви є жінкою.

Чоловікам ця різновид фітнесу не дає можливості прожити подовше, як встановили дослідники.

Можливо, прибирання будинку і не є найбільш популярною різновидом фізичних навантажень, але вчені з Університету Роттердама в Нідерландах довели, що вона допомагає збільшити тривалість життя.

В ході дослідження з’ясувалося, що регулярно займаються прибиранням будинку жінки живуть на три роки довше тих, хто воліє не торкатися до брудний посуд і швабрі.

Втім, чоловіки можуть зітхнути з полегшенням – дослідження показало, що регулярне прибирання будинку для їх здоров’я не представляє майже ніякої користі. Представникам сильної підлоги краще займатися роботами в саду, як вважають дослідники.

 

В цілому, спостереження показали, що жінки у віці 55 років, які регулярно займаються прибиранням будинку, можуть дожити до 86. Ті представниці прекрасної статі, які воліють не займатися цими справами, доживають в середньому до 83 років.

 

У чоловіків регулярна прибирання будинку в деяких випадках дозволяла збільшити тривалість життя приблизно на один рік. Набагато більший ефект дають садові роботи – в цьому випадку тривалість життя виростає на 2,7 року.

 

Самі дослідники пояснюють отримані результати тим, що жінки століттями традиційно частіше займалися домашнім господарством, а чоловіки – роботами в саду.

 

У цілому, дослідники спостерігали за 7 000 чоловіків і жінок, задаючи їм питання з приводу способу життя. Спостереження тривали протягом кількох десятків років.
