Заважала пиячити: на Житомирщині мати жорстоко побила 1-річну дитину

У дитини діагностували синці та забої на обличчі й голові та закриту черепно-мозкову травму.

На Житомирщині поліція розслідує обставини побиття матір’ю малолітньої дитини, інформує відділ комунікації Головного управління Національної поліції у Житомирській області.

Повідомлення про подію до Радомишльського відділення поліції надійшло надвечір 29 липня. Зазначається, що у будинку виявили дівчинку віком 1,3 роки з явними ознаками побиття.

Під час першочергового огляду лікарі діагностували у неї синці та забої на обличчі та голові, уже у лікарні, куди терміново госпіталізували дівчинку – закриту черепно-мозкову травму.

«Попередньо поліцейські встановили, що маленьку дівчинку побила нетвереза мати нібито за те, що дитина своїм плачем заважала їй випивати», – йдеться у повідомленні.

Відомо, що дитина проживає у будинку разом з матір’ю та її співмешканцем, які мають пристрасть до алкоголю. Окрім неї, на вихованні у 27-річної жінки є ще четверо малолітніх дітей, найстаршій з яких 10 років.

Родина перебуває на обліку соціальних служб. Упродовж останніх двох років мати притягувалась до адміністративної відповідальності за неналежне виконання обов’язків з виховання дітей. А ювенальні інспектори поліції ще у квітні ініціювали розгляд доцільності перебування дітей разом з матір’ю. Однак рішення так і прийняли.

За сукупністю цих обставин правоохоронці внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ст. 166 (злісне невиконання обов’язків по догляду за дитиною) КК України. Четверо інших дітей наразі вилучені з родини і перебувають під наглядом бабусі.

За побиття дитини матері загрожує обмеження чи позбавлення волі строком до 2 років.
