Повітряний десерт без цукру, борошна та масла! Дуже нагадує улюблене «Пташине молоко»

Інгредієнти:

сир – 600 г

яйце – 2 шт.

мед – 100-200 г

крохмаль – 40 г

ванілін – 1 щіпка

молоко – 500 мл

желатин – 20 г

Рецепт приготування:

Залийте желатин 100 мл молока і залиште набухати на 10 хвилин.

Змішайте яйця, крохмаль і трохи молока до однорідності. Тепер влийте молоко, що залишилося і перемішайте.

Поставте суміш на середній вогонь і варіть, постійно помішуючи. Після того, як маса закипить, варіть ще хвилину. Коли крем охолоне, додайте мед і ваніль.

Перебити сир блендером і додайте до нього крем і нагрітий до 60 ° С желатин. Перебити до однорідності.

Помістіть масу в форму, накрийте плівкою і відправте в холодильник мінімум на 6 годин.

Низькокалорійний десерт готовий! Зверху можете прикрасити улюбленими фруктами або ягодами.
