Рішення щодо продовження відстрочки на строк до двох місяців може бути ухвалене лише один раз.

Кабінет міністрів передбачив можливість подовження на два місяці чинних відстрочок від призову на військову службу під час мобілізації та на воєнний час, термін дії яких спливає у вересні – жовтні.

Про це повідомляє пресслужба Міністерства економіки.

Йдеться про відстрочки, надані рішеннями Мінекономіки в березні – квітні, термін дії яких спливає у вересні – жовтні цього року.

Наголошується, що рішення щодо продовження відстрочки на строк до двох місяців може бути прийнято Мінекономіки лише один раз.

Рішення передбачає також, що витяг з наказу Мінекономіки про відстрочку від призову військовозобов’язаному працівнику може надавати та візувати підприємство, установа чи організація, де він працює. Цим самим розширюються положення постанови Кабінету міністрів, згідної якої відповідними повноваженнями наділялися лише органи державної влади та інші державні органи.
