На Вінничині мати замовила вбивство сина за 10 тис грн

Суд залишив підозрюваних у вбивстві під вартою. Мешканка одного із сіл Калинівського району через неодноразові сварки замовила двом односельцям за винагороду в сумі 10 тис грн вбивство рідного сина. Про це повідомляє речник Генпрокуратури Андрій Лисенко у себе в Facebook.

 

 

За його словами, в лютому цього року її сина вбили.

Прокуратура Вінницької області здійснює процесуальне керівництво у кримінальному провадженні за ознаками злочину, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 115 КК (умисне вбивство).

Відносно трьох обвинувачених Вінницький міський суд обрав запобіжний захід у вигляді утримання під вартою.

Обвинувальний акт у кримінальному провадженні спрямований до Калинівського районного суду.

За скоєння даного кримінального злочину передбачено покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від десяти до 15 років або довічне позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
