Офіціантка відступила від правил і обслужила безпритульного, а потім в її житті сталось неймовірне

Як часто перехожі йдуть повз безпритульних і жебраків, прикидаючись, ніби їх не існує? Як правило, такі люди майже невидимі для суспільства, так і для нас з вами. Більш того, поведінка, яка відрізняється від звичної, викликає в оточуючих щире здивування.

 

 

Офіціантка з техаського ресторану на ім’я Марія відступила від звичок – навіть незважаючи на те, що, за правилами цього ресторану, працівникам заборонялося годувати безпритульних і вона мала заплатити за їжу зі своєї кишені.

В один прекрасний день на порозі ресторану з’явився безпритульний – недбало одягнений і брудний. Можна було припустити, що він вже давно не мився. Насилу дійшовши до столу, він присів, але ніхто не підійшов обслужити його. Інші відвідувачі почали пересідати за столики подалі.

Марія ввічливо звернулася до нього – так само, як вона вчинила б з будь-яким іншим гостем. Представившись, вона прийняла замовлення і принесла їжу. І гості, й інші працівники ресторану здивовано спостерігали за тим, що відбувається. Менеджер нагадав Марії, що, якщо у гостя не виявиться грошей, їй доведеться заплатити за нього самій. Та погодилася.

Незвичайний гість доїв, попросив рахунок і заплатив за нього. І не просто заплатив, а залишив під тарілкою стодоларову купюру – на чай.

Ніхто й подумати не міг, що у нього виявляться такі гроші. Але ще більше всіх здивувала записка з виразом вдячності за гостинність, яку проявила Марія по відношенню до іншої людини. “Ви відшукали секрет щастя. Доброта буде і далі вести вас по життєвому шляху”, – написав гість.

У чому ж справа? Цим безпритульним виявився власник ресторану, одягнувшись так спеціально, щоб оцінити якість обслуговування і страв в своєму закладі.

Навряд чи це могло комусь прийти в голову, а Марія продемонструвала, що до будь-якої людині, ким би вона не була, варто ставитися з максимально можливою повагою.

Після цих подій Марію перевели на посаду менеджера, і в її житті відбулося ще безліч дивовижних змін.
