Мер міста Чорноморськ Одеської області Валерій Хмельнюк заявляє, що “вже не краде”.

Один з депутатів вигукнув: “Менше красти треба!”. На це мер відповів: “Я вже не краду взагалі, дорогий мій. Давно і ніколи. Я давно і ніколи не крав”.
